What is the process of virtual care with Centered Physios?

When you book a complimentary consultation with us, we will spend 20-30 minutes discussing your current pain complaints, injuries, health concerns, goals, and questions. During this time, we will determine if we are a good fit for your needs. If we move forward together, we will work out specifics regarding individualized packages we can offer you and future video calls. We offer comprehensive subscription packages based on what your specific needs are. 

After the initial consultation, we will move into a deeper analysis looking at your movement, lifestyle, and the root causes of your pain. Then, we will set up our frequency of video calls (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). These video check-ins will be a time to share updates, discuss questions, modify exercise programs, and monitor progress towards your functional goals.

We are available to work with you as coaches in all 50 states.
