Why Physical Therapy + Lifestyle Medicine?

We are movement specialists and wellness coaches, with a specific emphasis on integrative lifestyle medicine, functional nutrition, and nervous system retraining. As health professionals, we have personally observed hundreds of patients who have fallen through the cracks of the fragmented biomedical system in America. Once we looked outside of the rehabilitation bubble toward holistic health/wellness and public health, a whole new perspective opened up on the relationship between lifestyle choices, metabolic health, and root causes to chronic diseases & pain. Lifestyle Medicine should be the first line of treatment.

What is the process of virtual care with Centered Physios?

When you book a free consultation with us, we will spend 20-30 minutes discussing your current health concerns, goals, and questions. During this time, we will determine if we are a good fit for your needs. If we move forward together, we will work out specifics regarding individualized packages we can offer you and future video calls.

After the initial consultation, we will move into a deeper analysis looking at your movement and lifestyle factors. Then, we will set up our frequency of video calls (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). These video check-ins will be a time to share updates, discuss questions, modify and adjust exercise programs, and monitor progress.
